All orders placed before 2 pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

• Smaller items are sent via DPD on a next working day service. This means you can expect your smaller items to arrive the next working day after dispatch. • Larger items are sent via DX Freight. While we aim for next day delivery, larger items may take up to 2 working days, especially if a 2-man delivery is required.

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and plan accordingly.
